Rapture of the Nerds in EPUB 3

Here's an experiment in working with longer-form material in the SEED.html app.

The book 'Rapture of the Nerds' by Cory Doctorow and Charles Stross was published in 2012 and distributed (among other forms) as a DRM-free EPUB 2 file.

I've taken the content of that EPUB 2 file, which was created using Calibre, and converted to markdown using this website htmlmarkdown.com then imported the markdown into a SEED.html project and tweaked it to produce an EPUB 3 file that validates and passes the accessibility tests of DAISY consortium's ACE tool with no warnings.
